@everything_delish: Sticky honey miso salmon bowls are one of those recipes I find myself making again and again. Comment "recipe" and I'll send it straight to your DMs! With caramelized honey miso salmon, fluffy rice, creamy avocado, crunchy cucumber, and edamame, every bite is packed with flavour and texture! When developing recipes for my cookbook (and for all of my salmon dishes), I always choose ethical farm-raised salmon from @BC Salmon Farmers . It's my go-to because of its consistent quality and how beautifully it cooks every single time! Find the recipe below and enjoy xx Serves 4 Ingredients For the Salmon (I’m using @bcsalmonfarmers!) 1½ lbs salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into cubes Salt and pepper, to taste For the Bowls 2 cups white rice, rinsed ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced 1 cup edamame 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced 2 scallions, thinly sliced Full recipe: https://everything-delish.com/sticky-honey-miso-salmon-bowls/ #healthyrecipes #salmonrecipe #salmonrice #EasyRecipe
