If you’re trying to eat more protein but have an absolutely raging sweet tooth & don’t want to be bothered spending more than 2 minutes in the kitchen in order to satisfy it, I’ve got just the treat for you! This cottage cheese brownie batter has 35 grams of protein & can be made in minutes for the perfect single serve protein dessert that’s actually satisfying! You can find the step by step printable recipe on my site 👇🏼 but I’ll add it below in case you like that better! https://prettydeliciouslife.com/healthy-high-protein-brownie-batter-gluten-free/ ½ cup low fat cottage cheese 1 scoop (about 1/4 cup) chocolate protein powder 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon coconut sugar 1 tablespoon oat flour Blend the cottage cheese. Add the cottage cheese to a food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy. This step helps create the perfect brownie batter texture without any lumps. Add the remaining ingredients. Once the cottage cheese is smooth, add the dry ingredients, protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and oat flour, directly into the food processor. Alternatively you can add everything to a large mixing bowl and mix by hand if you prefer. Blend until combined. Blend again until everything is fully incorporated and the mixture forms a thick, brownie batter-like consistency. Scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed to ensure an even mix. Taste and adjust. Give the batter a quick taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa level if desired. You can also add a splash of milk of choice if the batter feels too thick, depending on the type of protein powder used. Serve and enjoy. Scoop the brownie batter into a bowl and enjoy immediately, or chill for 15–20 minutes if you prefer it cold. Top with chocolate chips, flaky sea salt, or a drizzle of cashew butter, almond butter or peanut butter! #proteindessert #cottagecheese #glutenfreerecipes #highproteinmeals
