@_realtalkwithrach: You’re looking at a girl that claimed safety outside of herself for her entire life based off her physical features. This transit hit me like a freight train in matters of mental health, emotional health, spiritual health and physical health. Ironically enough, I was told by my spirit team that I was going to eventually gain a lot of weight and hit a number on the scale that would make me feel shameful. But the key to this was that I was going to get to the root ( quite literally) of a lot that I was subconsciously holding onto that needed to be released from my body+mind+soul… and the end result would be a safety and a love for myself that I could never put into words. Detachment of everything was the name of this cycle including my identity to anything I could grasp onto at the extent of seeing myself, feeling worthy, and loving myself in every single season of me and my bodies life. I also have my Chiron in Aries hehe iykyk. What I’m talking about and the tools im sharing are living proof to acceptance of my soul, its journey and the body I was given because its perfect for me + how im meant to show up here. But also i need to teach you, too! We need these seasons of utter chaos to teach hard lessons and in the hard lessons or the dense emotions we will always be reborn and rise again. Yes, it will be hard but when we have certain tools to navigate the rough waters, it sure makes living here alot easier.
