This is exactly why I get the canopy and chairs and toys setup at the beach while my wife gets the kids ready. Divide and conquer and then everyone is ready for a great day at the beach! Disclaimer: works for us and we’re happy with it. May not work for others 😂

Yep it’s hard but was so worth it. I did for many yrs with my husband for our 3 kids. I know you don’t think you will now but one day you’ll miss those days. I know we do.

We apply the sunscreen at home so when we get to the beach, we don’t have to do it with sand getting in the way. It always takes us longer than anticipated to leave, so we wind up having to reapply the sunscreen when we get to the beach anyway. Every. Time.
