The impulsivity with new hobbies is exhausting 😩 I would hyperfocus then crash hard every time. Found all the answers in Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren green and it changed everything. Steady energy, clear mind, 26 lbs gone, and I can actually stick with things now. My favourite one so far. everyone should know about this
