Isn’t that how life works? Yeah, we’re all trying to get better. Doesn’t matter if it’s getting better at a sport, a hobby, mentally, physically. Look, I know “pep talks” never actually help, coming from someone who’s gotten many and never really listened or paid attention to them. This is your first time living. This is OUR first time living. How the fuck are we supposed to be perfect??? Stop being so hard on yourself. Everyone in the comments, everyone who reposted this (I see you sweetie😭), the person who posted this, anyone who just THINKS this. It’s normal. It’s literally the only way to live a happy life. To suffer. Without suffering, you won’t be able to appreciate happiness. And THAT is why I’m still here.

i try but its just a never ending loop i have to live with, i keep saying things will get better as i lived with that mindset for my whole life and help people who struggle the same way i do but whos there to help me when i struggle? i try using my own advice though it never works out
