@katyatheexplorer: HK food spots, which I would revisit 🥢 1. Lantern Seafood Restaurant - loved by local celebrities. Easy interiors, incredible food. Star of the table - the blackened goose with truffle. Insane taste! 2. Lan Fong Yuen - one of the first Cha Chaan Teng spots in Hong Kong (local diner-style cafe). Think authentic experience, quick service, and easy, but fueling food. 3. George Coffee at K11 Musea - only two flavours, but it’s the most creamy ice cream I've ever tried! Extra points for that cookie “waffle”. 4. Peridot - stylish bar on the 38th floor in the Financial District. They also serve small dishes and spectacular afternoon tea. 5. Mak’s Noodle - HK classic. Noodles, wontons… 6. Ye Shanghai - retro-style restaurant with Shanghainese dishes. Loved the interior and the cocktail serving. Not sure about the jellyfish dish tho 7. Man Wah - an elevated restaurant on the top of Mandarin Oriental. The view, the service and the Michelin-star food.
