Packing that hospital bag made everything so real 😩 I was so emotional and my body was heavy with exhaustion and bloating. My hormones were everywhere and I felt so unprepared. What finally helped me feel grounded was reading Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and learning how to support my body through the changes. 28 lbs down now and I handled the big day with so much more calm. This book was my emotional anchor honestly. love it)
