hypochlorous acid is a great alternative and is actually skin safe! it helps remove bacteria without drying out the skin as much as alcohol, although some people do find it a bit drying

I only use alcohol on my skin no water. as a kid I didn’t need moisturizer but as an adult after the rubbing alcohol I go in with a face serum literally the best skin I’ve seen 🤷🏽♂️
