Melt the soap base using a double boiler or microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until completely melted. 4. Stir in the blended aloe vera gel, neem powder, and the oil from 1 Vitamin E capsule. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. 5. Pour the mixture into soap molds and gently tap the molds to remove any air bubbles. 6. Let the soap cool and harden completely (about 2–4 hours, or overnight for best results). 7.
