I think it’s a good deal! There are a ton of people that pay far more than that, some that are single. I think it’s a pretty reasonable amount. My first apartment was about that amount, now I’m paying ¥400,000/mo. I have friends paying a lot more than that.

Well. I pay nothing for my apartment all covered by company. And everything is walking distance. Less busy. And office is 2 station away. And the house is very near to the station.
