Not Metformin used.
I reversed it naturally.
1. Intermitted Fasting very important
2.Snaking frequently or eating frequently is not good at all.There is nothing like healthy Snaking.
3. Training is healthy .Exercising very important. Exercising after meal.15-30 minutes.
4. Cut carbohydrates totally. Papa,le lebohobe .
5. start eating Fibre first followed by
Proteins
6.Minimise stress. Cortisol produces stress hormone.
7. One day meal works very well.
