Humans are an incredible species when you think about it. The only species to prevent the extinction of others. The only one to shelter other species from their birth to death for no benefit. The only species to plant entire forests and create rivers. We often see our faults but many human hands are kind. It’s evident in the way we are 🥰

They laughed, cried, loved, lost. They like us; felt the warmth of the sun, and the cool breeze of the air. Though they did not know it, they unintentionally gave us the chance to live, to prosper. 1000 years from now, nobody will remember the terribleness of the wars, or the dreadful outlook of our future. They won’t remember our struggles for rights and freedom, or the cynicism surrounding every new news article. They’ll remember the art, the cultures, and the physical things we’ve left behind. They’ll remember what we ourselves have remembered from our past. Relics, artwork, and stories of impressive feats. Perhaps someone a millennia from now, will create a slideshow just like this. Remembering the unique cultures of our countries, our contributions to technology, pushing once again for space exploration. I myself believe that those who lead the next wave of space exploration will be remembered just as well as the great leaders of the past.
