I’m just being honest and this is just my opinion. Lip filler only looks great the first few times. Eventually it starts to look “off” whether it’s the “migrated” filler on the outside of the lip from over filling or filling in the wrong spot as you are saying. Or even the droopy look where the lip hangs down on either side of the cupids bow. This is the only reason I haven’t gotten filler yet. And filler does NOT completely go away on its own overtime. You have to get it removed. Just not worth it to me.

Unfortunately, so many people watching this video don’t have the foundational medical knowledge to understand all the concepts you’re speaking on, even if they are providers. I completely agree with what you’re saying and it’s frustrating to be one of the few aesthetic providers that are really trying to combat this mess and spend time really analyzing and thinking critically about why a suboptimal result happened and figuring out what to do about it. Thank you for sharing.

Lots of filler is messed up due to the injection process. However, filler CAN migrate that was injected properly. There are several studies on it, some even include MRIs.

I agree. And I think way too many people overdo it. I’ve never had a filler I’m 43. I need to start doing something prophylactically, but I’m terrified. I don’t know who to talk to because I don’t know who can trust. I’ve commented on one of your other videos. I’m in Houston and you’re in Austin. I’m drawing videos because you look very natural and your skin looks completely flawless. This is the ideal work and beauty in my opinion.
