@mollyrroberts: I don’t think art is ever really finished in a permanent way. ✨ Most art is a reflection of the artist and what the world felt like at that point of creation. At the end of the day, I don’t think art has ever MEANT to be universally understood, but instead it’s just meant to be honest. My art reflects my life and the world I’m moving through at that moment in time, and that can be really scary sharing it with the world - especially when everyone has so many opinions these days. But if it is honest then it is alive and if it has life then it is enough. Even if not everyone connects with it. … Maybe especially then.
