Being on meds for my second was a life changer! No one told me though that we had to stay in the hospital for a full 48 hours to make sure baby had no SSRI withdrawal symptoms so that was a surprise. Still worth it though, a mentally healthy mama is a happy mama 🥰

My last pregnancy I would workout before going to work. I would wake up at 3:30 and be at the gym at 4 am. I worked out up until the day before my emergency c section. I started back working out 4 weeks after my c section.
