Every day matters. Delaying decisions on financing, your LLC, or scheduling contractors can push your entire timeline back. Time is money in the world of real estate. Communication with your partners and contractors will make or break the deal. Be responsive, and open to other perspectives. If someone has a better idea, be open to changing the plans. We’re only three days in, and I already know this journey is going to teach me way more than I expected.
