Day 3 of my new job i sat on a call where the upper management was so disconnected from the needs of the locations vs what corporate wanted. As soon as the call ended i looked at my trainer and said “how is closing and reopening listings every 5 new hires going to affect applicant flow, because who wants to reapply four times for the same job to even be considered?” The response? Blank faces across the room 😒

i have questioned everything since day 1, hell, since my INTERVIEW & someone finally voicing what everyones thinking has made some change actually happen. i always phrased things in a manner that made it seem like i just wanted to better understand but bc no one else ever asked, it applied the pressure needed for things to shift
