In our culture, we place a high value on being responsive to our babies. For many families, it’s a special time for bonding, comfort, and connection. Since breastfeeding is also a priority for many Thai moms, having a baby close by often makes nighttime feeding and sleep feel a little easier. I shared a bed with my parents when I was little, and when I reached a certain age, I naturally wanted my own space.
