Wells Fargo had my mortgage they tried to electronically take it out of my account three times on the same day who the hell pays three mortgages on the same day? I called them up. They told me I had to give them a copy of my register for my check-in account I told him that’s invasion my financial history. I said you took the money out look at your draw and they told me it would take 10 days or two weeks to get my money back to me. In the meantime I would’ve been in the red so I went to my credit union showed them what happened to the exact same time so the credit union reversed two of the payments which put me current however Wells Fargo sent me two delayed payment fees. I call them up again and told him I was gonna report this to the FCC or whatever the federal government is for this. They reversed those fees. I refinance my house at that time. I dropped 2% and not a much better deal with someone else I will never use Wells Fargo for anything or any other bank. Also, I took a loan out and had my roof replaced on my house. It was while it was a member of Wells Fargo things were going good then they started telling me I was laid on my payment however, I was not three times once again. I had to call him up and get it reversed. It is a very corrupt financial institution.
