Here are 4 simple defensive exits you should be adding to your game. 👇🏻 🥊 Jab → Slip & Step Left Don't stay on the centre line after the jab. Slip the return shot while taking a small step to your left, creating a new angle and making your opponent reset before they can attack again. 🥊 Jab → Cross → Roll Right The right hand often brings the left hook back. Expect it. Roll underneath the hook and stay balanced so you're ready to fire your own counter immediately. 🥊 Jab → Cross → Hook → Roll Left As the hook lands, don't admire your work. Keep the movement flowing by rolling under the expected return shot, taking your head off the centre line while staying in position to continue the exchange. 🥊 Double Jab → Rear Uppercut → Drop Back & Flow As you close the distance behind the double jab, shorten your stance to deliver the uppercut. Then immediately rebuild your stance by dropping the rear foot back while letting your head flow with the expected left hook. From there, you're perfectly positioned to deal with the next shot instead of becoming an easy target. Every punch you throw should have a defensive plan attached to it.
