Actually, you chopped the wood. Arms are straight on the back swing then you elbows bend, looking for that power. Use that torque in the hips for your power, not your arms.

When you come back down your coming like towards the ball which is what I use to do remain on the outside when coming back down to “scoop” the ball with the club. And no you didn’t pick up your head 🤣😭
