jeez, I guess I'm very lucky, mine and my wifes accounts moved over just fine and cards have been activated, I have not paid any kind of bills yet and not noticed any double charges....yet

I have had zero issues!! Both PNC AND FIRST BANK communicated what was changing, what to do and if you had questions!! I got emails, text and stuff in the mail!!! If you didn’t read your instructions that’s your fault.

It’s seriously unreal! It’s awful and sad. My husband, daughter and my two sisters couldn’t use their card from last Friday to Monday. I could use my card though.

min $50 cash balance, $100 check first day funds, exorbant account fees. Somehow I'm not jealous while being stuck with Wells Fargo, and that's saying a lot. GF and I are both getting new accounts at Alpine Bank after our collections are paid off.

I’m so confused how this is such a mess. My bf has first and has been having so many issues, my bank got acquired by FNBO years ago and I didn’t have to touch a single thing

My landlord had 1st bank & I reached out to her to see if she cancelled or stayed & she said she stayed but it’s been a nightmare for her .

When BBVA went to PNC I closed my account immediately. The just SUCK in general. I’m glad my transition wasn’t this horrific

It’s not going well. I called him because I had a couple of questions and I was on hold for 20 minutes. Back in the day when you called FirstBank you’re on for just a minute or two. They need a better call center. Also, I have a cash reserve attached to my checking account, but I was told on the phone that it’s at the banks discretion if they will approve a credit card charge debit card charge even though I have cash reserve available. Doesn’t make any sense.

I had issues not too long after they aquired BBVA Compass bank. Closed my account and went with a credit union.

why are banks being sold constantly? my old bank was sold three times in the last couple years now it's some horrible company from the south. I think the idea is to have their only be four Banks all the same
