Menurut keterangan petugas, pengendara motor berinisial S (22) itu diketahui hendak pulang ke kampung halamannya di Cianjur, Jawa Barat, dari kawasan Cililitan, Jakarta Timur. Namun, ia tidak menyadari bahwa aplikasi penunjuk arah yang digunakannya berada dalam mode mobil sehingga mengarahkannya masuk ke jalan tol. Petugas patroli kemudian menghentikan pengendara tersebut di KM 25.500A Tol Jagorawi. Saat diperiksa, pengendara diketahui tidak memiliki SIM dan langsung dikenakan sanksi tilang sebelum akhirnya dikawal keluar menuju jalur arteri terdekat.
