im a black man, doesn’t help that I’m physically disabled. I’ve applied to at minimum over 100 jobs since last November. Gotten less than 30 response emails, and less than 10 interviews, with less than half of those interviews calling back. No criminal record, no tattoos or piercings, previous work history, and very respectful and easy to get along with. I’ve just got a job a week ago and it’s June.
