It felt like New York in the ’90s. The fashion, the streets, the culture, and especially the music gave the series an identity all its own. Malik Yoba starred as Detective J.C. Williams alongside Michael DeLorenzo as Detective Eddie Torres, with Patti D’Arbanville as Lt. Virginia Cooper and Lauren Vélez as Detective Nina Moreno.
