Easy to start if yk the technique, kick to tdc, then 1 more click down let the kick come back up and it’ll start right up with a good kick

He’s not doing it right your suppose to put it on the back of the heel and Acsully put it on the pit your suppose to kick it

Its easier if you slowly prime it a couple times then push it down till it notches down one time and then lift it up one tiny click and then kick

I kicked over a 300 that had the rings put in wrong and kicked a 500 roughly the same compression I got the 300 to start but it killed my leg
