I was actually the road manager for the December January tour with a three of them and I 100% agree with you that all five of them need to be put in a room so they could talk. There is some unfinished business. And the crazy part about it is that there were supposed to be a second leg of the tour, but nobody in the group could get things in writing. Majority of it was because of Aubrey‘s scheduling. As we know, she has other projects that she is involved in besides Danity Kane. I’ve been going back-and-forth if I was going to talk about the tour which I’m most likely going to because I never signed any NDA’s saying that I couldn’t. If Don and D Woods can get past whatever happened in the past, they could have at least had four members on that tour. Shannon already said that she was probably not coming back due to her own business and life. She gave up so much to be in Danity Kane even after 2008.

DK3 was an amazing album. BUT even as DK3 they were still messy as hell. . . them not having a video for “Lemonade” was a crime that I’ll never forget. 😔 I truly think there’s more to this story that we as the fans don’t know about .. as much as fans like to blame D. Woods we have to admit that she was sitting comfortably minding her business for YEARS .. not being bothered by anything DK related. I honestly think the reason why this group can’t come back together is simply because of control issues. 🤷♂️and the control issues don’t have anything to do with D.Woods, Aundrea, OR Shannon. 😬

Hearing D Woods and Andrea alone made me realize how much all of their voices need each other. It makes you realize despite the mess, those specific women were meant to be Danity Kane.

Apparently when they were planning another tour, Aubrey asked Aundrea to reach out to Dawn because they were “on good terms” but she never did. Then D.Woods came into the lineup.

D. Woods can’t sing to me, she was the only one in the group who couldn’t sing. She was just a decent dancer and I do mean decent! Dawn and Shannon were always the best dancers.

I will say this, though Aubrey was not pushed out of what’s happening with D Woods and Andrea it’s just like I said she has so many other projects to do and and honestly that’s not the dynamic for her. Every single person has their own creative ideas as to what they would like to do with the group since all five of them technically own a piece of Danity Kane. And there were some things that Aubrey just could not get on board with because of creative differences. There was so much happening that at the end of the day DK3 Dawn Aubrey, and Shannon and Andria because she did a lot of of the vocals for that album. In reality, the reason why we did not see her that much on DK three is because her husband had cancer and was battling it so she couldn’t really get on the stage with the girls and be there as much. She sacrificed a lot for her family as well. But I truly hope that D Woods Andrea find a way to make this work for them and that eventually we can have a real DK reunion. Who knows maybe if I win the lottery one day the girls might be willing to come on stage if I give him a good half 1 million each. 😂

DK3 was the strongest iteration of Danity Kane period! Having all 5 would be nice for nostalgia purposes but DWoods would need to tighten ALL THE WAY UP in order to share a stage with them.
