Creamy Chicken Malai Boti🙂 Ingredients: * 500 g boneless chicken * 1 onion * Handful of coriander leaves * Handful of spring onions * ½ cup yogurt * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp chili flakes * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 1 tbsp salt (or to taste) * Juice of ½ lime * ½ cup oil * 3 tbsp butter * Green chilies (to taste) * ½ cup cream * Cheese Method: 1. Blend the onion, coriander, and spring onions in a food processor. 2. Mix the chicken with the all spices mentioned above. Marinate for 2 hours. 3. Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Add the marinated chicken, cover, and cook until the chicken is tender and the released water has evaporated. 4. Add the green chilies and cream, then cook until the oil starts to separate. 5. Sprinkle cheese over the chicken, turn off the heat, cover, and let the cheese melt. 6. Serve hot with naan or paratha. #chicken #chickenmalaiboti #curry #fyp #viral
