FitcamX. That’s the brand of dashcam to have. They integrate into vehicles so well that most people are unaware of their presence. Police wouldn’t know that there’s footage, you could share it with your lawyer and let them decide if you’d want to bring it forward as evidence or not without letting police or prosecutors be privy to it

It’s almost like you don’t provide the footage when you’re at fault, and don’t if you are. Always wait till the claim is filed and ask a car accident lawyer.

Also insurance will use EVERY detail in your dash cam to reduce your settlement. Arguing with your partner before the crash? "driver was distracted, partial fault half payment". Speeding at all? "speed played a part in damages, reduced payment".
