@nunnamaryskitchen: Shiraz Marinated Scotch Fillet 🥩🍷 SAVE RECIPE 👇🏼 Shiraz Scotch Marinade • 1-2 cups of Shiraz • 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano • 1 Tbsp Dried Thyme • 1 Tsp Dijon • 2 Scotch Fillets Salad • Rocket • Parmesan • Lemon Juice • @Its.Olio Balsamic Glaze • Salt • @itsolio Olive Oil • 1 cup Beef Stock • Drizzle of Balsamic • 1-2 Tbsp Butter, cold and cubed Method: 1. In a shallow dish, combine the marinade ingredients then add your steak. Let is marinate in the fridge for minimum 4 hours, but best overnight (8-12 hours) 2. Remove steaks from fridge half an hour before cooking. Pat dry completely and season with salt 3. Place a pan on high heat, and once smoking, add oil then cook steak to your liking. Let rest for 5-10 minutes 4. In the same pan, add stock, the left over marinade, drizzle of balsamic and a pinch of salt. Let reduce to half before adding butter and stir to combine. I have strained the sauce to remove the herbs 5. Make your salad, then serve all together and enjoy #steak #wine #easydinner
