This NPC is literally reffered as "NormalNPC" in the game files, yes, it was a goner in Undertale but uh, in prior chapters their dialogue was actually falling apart with every chapter, mostly because the game was moving them to places that they weren't designed to be in, especially in Chapter 4, right next to the lake (which could have been a forshadowing of many things). I seriously don't understand what the deal with this thing is but the fact that it refferances Undertale's currency is just peak weirdness that I cannot explain lol (I somehow wrote the dudes name with typos twice so I'm sending this for like the third time 😭🙏)
