Irvine is a cozy little café serving massive California-style sandwiches that are every bit as good as they look. The standout for me was the egg sandwich: fluffy bread, fluffy eggs, a touch of spice in the sauce, and flavour that seriously exceeded expectations. The Spicy Tuna was just as impressive and had me saying, “Joe & The Juice, watch out.” And it doesn’t stop at sandwiches. Their matcha shakes and desserts are worth the trip alone.
