Maroun Ayac is considered the oldest optical store in Egypt. • Located in Alexandria, the shop has been operating continuously for more than 108 years across four generations. • The store features rare vintage eyewear, collectible frames, and historical optical pieces dating back more than a century. • Some glasses inside the collection are estimated to be over 120–200 years old. • The shop specializes in eyewear, lenses, and unique handcrafted pieces that are difficult to find elsewhere in Egypt. • Beyond being an optical store, the place feels like a small museum preserving the history of optics and eyewear in Alexandria. • The collection includes early vintage designs from international brands such as Ray-Ban dating back to the 1930s. ‎• تأسس محل مارون أياك سنة ١٩١٨ على إيد العيلة اللبنانية أياك، ويُعتبر أقدم محل نظارات في مصر. ‎• المحل موجود في الإسكندرية ولسه شغال من أكتر من ١٠٨ سنين عبر ٤ أجيال متتالية. ‎• المكان بيضم نظارات نادرة وقطع ڤينتاج ومقتنيات تاريخية عمر بعضها أكتر من قرن. ‎• بعض النظارات المعروضة عمرها بيتراوح بين ١٢٠ و٢٠٠ سنة. ‎• المحل متخصص في النظارات والعدسات والقطع المميزة اللي صعب تلاقيها في أي مكان تاني في مصر. ‎• المكان مش مجرد محل نظارات، لكنه أشبه بمتحف صغير بيحافظ على تاريخ البصريات والنظارات في الإسكندرية. • المجموعة بتضم تصميمات قديمة ونادرة من ماركات عالمية زي Ray-Ban من الثلاثينات 📍 Alexandria, Egypt #Egypt #Alexandria
