are u kidding me my teacher in middle school worked 2 jobs so they could buy food for there new baby and my school when as far as to do a drive idk where this school is but everyone on that bord /committee make a huge mistake this looks like a law suit

If my school contract is from 7:45am to 3:45 pm I’m committed to the kids between that time. If I want to have a life from 4pm to 10pm I’m not responsible for you or your kids at that time. I can go to bars have a 2nd job or just not respond to emails or grade stuff. I’m not a work anymore.

So who’s gonna pay his bills if it’s not his teaching job everybody nowadays have two or three jobs whether it’s home job or outside extracurricular stuff we have to pay bills and no different from a teacher to janitor. We all have bills mortgages, gas, and electric water bill phone a car nothing is for free in America like America supposed to be free. No it ain’t so these administrators should not have no say what you do after the hour that you work that your contractor for to worry about what you do at night as long as the performance is coming in no children’s left out they’re not making mistakes is not affecting his day job good to go, but what they said was illegal trying to force them out
