yes!! deleting all the rules and eating whatever until i naturally started shifting towards foods that make me feel better is what saved me. the only "rule" i have for myself is to have proper 3 meals so I don't snack too much in between (not cz it's forbidden, but because I'll end up feeling bad).

wow, very well auf den Punkt! I just recently learned that. I knew for years that I was using food to relax but I couldn’t stop. It got so much better, but sometimes I still have my two Laugenbrötchen in the evening to relax even though I am not hungry😅. But I don’t feel guilty and I don’t binge anymore.
