Former NICU nurse here. Baby isn’t being handled roughly at all. It looks rough because the nurse is moving fast. The blankets and cushions were moved to ensure baby was in a good position for suctioning. The gurgle you hear at the beginning of the video indicates that baby took a big gulp of amniotic fluid during birth. The nurse is using deep suction down the throat and nose to clear the airway.

guys y'all realize they have to go fast and not so gentle is because if they don't move fast enough the newborns can suffocate on the fluids inside their lungs.
