Full day of eating. Prep season. Dad of two. This is every single meal I had yesterday. Not a highlight reel. Not the one good day I decided to film. Every day looks like this. Most dads think getting in shape means miserable food, tiny portions and a life without anything worth eating. It doesn't. It means structure. Knowing your numbers, hitting your protein and eating food that actually tastes good within that framework. Cream of rice and whey paste after fasted training. Burgers and wedges for lunch. Chicken, rice and pineapple mid afternoon. Eggs and veg before the evening. Chicken and peanut butter to finish. Still in a deficit. Still dropping weight every week. Still eating like that. There is no excuse for eating like shit when this is what the alternative looks like. None. The difference between you and someone who's in shape isn't genetics. It isn't time. It isn't that they don't have kids or a busy job. It's that they stopped making excuses and built a structure that actually works around their life. If you're a dad who's been eating the same way for years and wondering why the weight won't shift you already know something needs to change. The reason you haven't done anything about it yet isn't laziness. It's that every plan you've tried has been built for someone else's life, not yours. Generic macros off the internet don't account for school runs, late finishes, a fridge that has to feed a whole family and a schedule that changes every week. That's the bit most coaches ignore. I don't. 1-2-1 coaching with me is built entirely around your life. Your meals, your training, your check-ins, all of it designed to work when the week gets hard not just when everything goes to plan. The dads I work with don't just lose weight. They stop feeling like they're constantly starting over. I've got spaces open right now. DM me the word COACH and let's have an honest conversation about where you're at. Just a straight answer about whether I can help you and what that actually looks like. If I can't I'll tell you straight.
