If you are tired of confessing your sins again and again, falling again and again, and crying before God again and again, please listen to this message until the end. Many Christians carry this question deep inside: Why have I believed in the Lord, prayed, confessed my sins, and even repented with tears, but my life still has not truly changed? You do not want to lose your temper, but when something happens, you still explode. You do not want to lie, but for the sake of pride, benefit, or self-protection, you still deceive others. You do not want to rebel against God, but when trials come, you still complain, resist, and try to escape. The most painful thing is this: you clearly know it is sin, but you do not have the strength to overcome it. You come before the Lord again and again to confess, but the next time, you fall into the same sin again. Some people even begin to feel disappointed in themselves. They become ashamed to face God, and in the end, they drift farther and farther away from Him. The Bible has already told us: “For the wages of sin is death;” Romans 6:23, KJV The Lord Jesus also said: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.” John 8:34, KJV Sin is not a small matter. Sin causes people to drift away from God, and it can also keep people from entering God’s kingdom. Because the Bible says: “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.” Hebrews 12:14, KJV So we cannot only stay in the comfort of saying, “God will forgive me.” We must also seek the answer: How can a person truly break free from sin? How can we stop being slaves to sin? How can we be cleansed, changed, and become people who truly obey God? The truth is this: The reason we cannot change is not that we are not sincere, and it is not that we have not tried hard enough. It is because many people only know the way of confession and repentance, but they do not yet know the truth by which God cleanses and changes people. We have understood the way of repentance, but we have not yet entered the way of being cleansed. The Lord Jesus said Himself: “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.” “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth.” John 16:12-13, KJV These truths are the salvation God has prepared for us in the last days.
