@butt.eats: Nank Ghar Series Episode 14 | Chicken Biryani/چکن بریانی Recipe: 1) Chicken 2 kg 2) Rice 1 kg 3) Tomatoes 2 kg 4) Onions 1.5 kg 5) Yogurt 1/2 kg 6) Green Chutney: 1/2 cup dhaniya, 1/2 poodina, 7 green chillies, 200 grams imlee juice 7) Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp 8) Nano Biryani Masala: . Salt . Red chilli powder . Kashmiri lal mirch powder . Kali mirch . Sookha dhaniya . Safaid zeera . Kala zeera . Black cardamom . Green cardamom . Cinnamon . Jaafil jalwatri . Bay leaves . Saunf . Ajwain . Star anise . Soond ( all roasted ) Method: 1) in a pot add 2 litre water and 1/2 cup vinegar and 1 tbsp salt and Dip the chicken in for 20 mins 2) Stain and dry the chicken. Add 3 tbsp nano masala and marinate for 1 hr 3) Fry until golden not fully cooked. Let it rest. 4) In a seperate pot add 1/2 kg oil and onions until brown. Them add ginger garlic paste with tomatoes. Stir for 5 mins. Add 4-5 tbsp nano masala. 5) add the yogurt and the green chutney. Let it cook for another 10 mins or when you start seeing the oil. 6) Boil your rice. 7) Make your biryani layer in a big pot. And steam for 30-40 mins. 8) Garnish with your greens and lemon.
