@thejoshieman2013: Leaving the UK was the right thing to do. After everything that had happened, we needed this. Months of online hate. Threats in real life. The constant pressure that so many people never see behind the camera. We needed a reset. Bosnia gave us exactly that. From the moment we arrived in Bihać, people didn’t see TJ M through labels or assumptions. They saw a little boy. They welcomed him with warmth, kindness and genuine love. The city of Bihać treated him like a prince. TJ M doesn’t use many words, so like many parents, I found myself trying to encourage him to say something different. But then he made himself perfectly clear. “Bosnia… favourite.” That was all he needed to say. It reminded me of something so important. Communication isn’t about making children say what we expect. It’s about listening to what they are already telling us. Too often, adults try to lead the conversation. Sometimes the greatest thing we can do is let the child lead instead. We’ll never forget the kindness Bosnia showed our family. Thank you, Bihać. You gave us a reset when we needed it most. ❤️🇧🇦 #Bosnia #Bihac #Autism #BeMoreJoshie
