It's Just Me... AGAIN! :
You need an automated fan on that condenser. Put a temp sensor on it and hook the fan and sensor up to a programmable control board to turn it on and off at the appropriate temps and you will get better performance out of the system.

that's a push up fan, it gives 90% more airflow and doesn't get hot.

The fan should be mounted above to draw the heat up out of the condenser with the help of thermal rising to maximize cooling effeciency
