@sydney_edited: Double Bay’s newest, vibey Roman-style pizzeria & bar 🤌🏻🍷🍕 An underground neighbourhood-style Italian pizzeria by Chef Neil Perry (& upstairs Gran Torino). The concept is inspired by the casual, local energy of Italian basement pizzerias ~ good wine & delicious food, great music, and a relaxed atmosphere Not your typical pizza, it’s ultra-thin crispy with a 48 hr fermented dough. But the other dishes here can’t be forgotten with my favourite being the king prawn salad (prawns were so sweet & juicy, paired so well with roast tomatoes & egg) and hearty lasagne 🍝 📍Pizzeria Sotto, Double Bay
