Traditional rulership just makes sense to me, and it informs so much. Modern rulerships really mess it up. It's about taking responsibility for the sign, rather than vibing with the sign. Not to me to mention, they changed the meaning of Aquarius to maks it vibe with Uranus more.

I have never understood why people describe Pisces like they do. I am not dreamy and delusion is something I seek out to reveal, not to participate in. All my outer planets are in retrograde and are either conjunct my ascendent, in my first house or trining/opposing my stellium in Pisces. My experience has been that most people project their own ideals on me, rather then me giving that energy.

I use both… I’m a Scorpio rising, with Pluto on the ascendant and Mars also scorpio 1H. Either way I have my chart ruler in the 1H and in the same sign as my rising 🤷🏼♀️

I'm Scorpio Rising with Pluto in 1H, while my Mars is fallen in Cancer. So I feel like Pluto really took the helm in my chart.

Definitely a mix of both. Details vs big picture if that makes sense? I have a water bottle that I decorated to encourage myself to drink more water unfortunately I will only drink water out of that one specific bottle

I am pisces rising and neptune has a 22 points influence in my chart (sun and moon in leo). Neptune transits afect me the most, more so than jupiter ones…

The way I've always heard the newer planets explained is, as the outer planets, they rule over generations, as opposed to individuals. I can only drink a specific brand of water because most water tastes funny to me.

Neurospciy here too. I've conditioned myself to drink water everytime I pass my kitchen. and I always pass my kitchen whenever I need to get to the living room and the toilet on the other side. So now I pass by the kitchen and then get drink a cup or a sip depending on how thirsty I feel.

I like to look at both, but a lot at traditional rulership for more nuance as the signs are more diverse for the living population, but I think it’s also ridiculous to completely dismiss the outer planets as rulers just because back then they were not yet discovered 👀 Many things weren’t discovered when we trace backs astrology to its roots, however I feel like modern rulership is one of the most rejected and dismissed discoveries
