For anyone battling low back pain!! The only thing that helps me is drinking lots of water, reducing or eliminating energy drinks and caffeine. I was living on red bulls for years and wondered why I was in so much pain. I took this message seriously from massage therapist and within 3 months I noticed the difference.

Interestingly, I was diagnosed with sciatica and treated with PT for two months without improvement. Eventually, I went to a chiropractor and he said it was just really tight hamstrings (result of disuse after a broken leg). A week of gradually stretching my muscles cured me!
