You have to read it contextually, you can’t just hand pick a few verses and interpret it from the very little you read. There are a few videos explaining this verse, I can tag you if you would like. But no, I think earlier in the chapter, it mentioned the punishment for rapists, and in this verse they talked about fornication, cant remember the whole interpretation of it but i can tag you like i said
