The Department of Homeland Security says it plans to examine voting records following the election to determine whether any noncitizens cast ballots, raising questions about federal access to state-controlled election data. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said DHS would review voter rolls and participation records to ensure only eligible citizens voted.
