@sarahsilly23: For the past week, the Holy Spirit has been teaching me what it truly means to abide in Jesus. I always thought abiding meant simply reading my Bible, praying, and following Him. But in this quiet season, the Lord has shown me something deeper. He’s been teaching me to stop striving, stop living from performance, and instead live from remembrance—remembering who He is, what He’s done, and who I already am in Christ. This isn’t a sermon. It’s my testimony of what Jesus has been teaching me in this season, and I pray it encourages anyone who feels spiritually dry, burned out, or like they’re striving to earn God’s presence. Scriptures that have been on my heart: John 15 and Ephesians 5:17–20. God has telling me to "Be still, trust, wait, I will provide!!" early this spring i heard him say this chapter of me working at a greenhouse needed to come to an end!! well I just purchased a new vehicle so my flesh was telling me I needed to have a summer job to help pay for this car and insurance and every other bill/cost of having a family!! So I figured I'd just work a few days to help with those cost!! well long story short I had several situations come up that I had to call in. Then I hurt my arm and I had to let my boss know I wouldn't be back!! And in this down time I've definitely been able to spend more quality time with Him and I'm able to hear Him more clearly!! So I'm Trusting He has a plan for me to cover all my expenses that are coming up!! for now I'm doing my best to continue to place all those concerns at His feet, and be obedient to Him telling me to Be still, Trust, and wait!! He will provide!!

Moments where I pause and think “Thank God for this” are some of the most peaceful and bliss/giddy moments. Often fleeting but they stick more than anything else.

they are times I pray and I don't feel his presence with me, but deep down I know he is with me. I don't have to feel his presence, because he's already there. so I just stick to my prayer cause I know he's there and he hears me 🤭🥹❤️✝️.
