**15 DAYS without internet, Openserve. FIFTEEN.** 🤬 I’m paying for a service I haven’t been able to use for two weeks and a day, while getting nothing but generic “we’ve escalated the matter” responses. This is completely unacceptable. How many days must a paying customer go without service before Openserve actually takes responsibility? **Fix it. Stop the scripted responses. Give customers real answers and a restoration date.**
