Sauté the aromatics  * Add the onion to the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.  * Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Cook the kimchi  * Add the chopped kimchi and cook for 2–3 minutes.  * Stir in the gochujang and cook for another minute. 5. Make the sauce  * Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.  * Stir in the Parmesan cheese.  * Season with black pepper and add salt only if needed  6.
